Neste vídeo temos a rotina ideal de exercícios abdominais para ficar com a barriguinha da Britney Spears. Se há coisa que não esqueço é de admirar os vídeos desta cantora pop, especialmente "Hit me Baby One more time", em que aparece com uns abdominais de fazer inveja. Bem, parece-me um pouco difícil ou mesmo impossível chegar aí, mas vou tentando. ;)&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ora, este vídeo é muito bom, mas os exercícios que envolvem levantar as perninhas continuam a ser muito, mas mesmo muito complicados para mim, visto que concentro a maior&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; parte do meu excesso de peso nas pernas. Tenho de fazer um esforço muito grande para as levantar e espero conseguir melhorar neste aspecto, perdendo bastante peso nesta área do meu corpo. Gostei do vídeo, que é muito mais complicado do que aparenta. Vemo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;s esta senhora do vídeo muito relaxada, "na boa" a fazer os exercícios, mas lá que alguns são lixados de se fazer, isso são. São exercícios originai&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;s, não são aqueles exercícios comuns de abdominais. Parece-me ser o tipo de exercícios ideais para começar o dia: acordar, tirar o rabinho da cama e ir esticar os ossinhos com esta rotina. Humm..quem me dera ganhar este hábito!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Vídeo mais do que aprovado, experimentem! Os exercício são óptimos, eu diria mesmo excelentes e ideais para fazer todos os dias, pois não custam nada a fazer. Confesso que o vídeo que eu escolhi custou-me muito mais...ou então é porque estou a ficar mais preparada, agora que estou há 11 dias a portar-me bem e a fazer abdominais todos os dias. Agora já não tenho de os fazer em sequências de 10, por mais incrível que pareça, consigo fazê-los seguidos, mas nunca à pressa. Sempre com calma e descendo muito devagar as costas, sem ser totalmente, claro, para exercer aquela pressão nos músculos abdominais. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;Bem, voltando ao vídeo. Experimentem, vão ver que vão gostar, exercita as pernas também com os "oblique crunches", "toe touchs", "reverse crunches" e os "leg pushes". Acordei cedo, fui trabalhar, depois do trabalho fui tratar de uns assuntos importantes, fui às compras (comprei um casaco azul mesmo fofo e uma camisa linda) fui fazer a caminhada de uma hora com uma amiga que só queria correr, fiz (ou tentei fazer!) os exercícios do vídeo que escolhi e agora estou aqui, de rastos, a contar-vos tudo. Sinto que estou mesmo, mas mesmo em baixo de forma.&lt;/span&gt;  &lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Hoje fiquei triste por ver que estou outra vez pesada, muito pesada. Tudo me custa, correr então nem se fala. Fazer os exercícios? Sim, mas 10 de cada vez e fiquei de rastos! Os exercícios em que temos que levantar as pernas? Seated Leg Scissors? Fiz, sim senhora, mas com ajuda do meu namorado e eu sempre a reclamar que era uma gorda. O que no vídeo lhes levou 8 minutos, a mim levou-me uns 30! O meu namorado só se ria...pois eu só reclamava!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Claro que isto acontece porque estou mesmo, tal como disse anteriormente, em baixo de forma. Tenho mesmo de continuar a trabalhar para melhorar a minha condição física. Penso que este desafio me está a ajudar muito nesse aspecto e estou, através das minhas obrigações para com o desafio, a mudar os meus hábitos (30 abdominais por dia, põe mudança de hábitos nisso!). Por isso gosto disto, de desafios! Vamos lá ver: faltam as caminhadas (que vou fazer amanhã e sábado), a tarefa surpresa (já em andamento e para ser cumprida amanhã) e cumprir as tarefas mensais nos próximos dias como tenho feito até agora. Como tenho um rabo bem grande e umas belas ancas, devo evitar usar calças muito apertadas, estreitas nas pernas, principalmente em baixo, onde devem alargar, disfarçando, penso eu, o tamanho das ancas. Para mim, umas calças nunca podem ter bolsos no traseiro: já tenho lá volume que chegue! Calças com bolsos de lado ou com muitos pormenores! Esqueçam!
